Sport has been a social glue in Launceston for decades. Join History detective Ross Smith and History Curator Jon Addison for a trip down sporting memory lane, as we reveal the many forgotten sporting teams of the past.
From teams based around local businesses, to specialist quoits clubs, this town had it all!
We will highlight some quirky stories, and look at how sport has brought the community together.
If you have any sporting memorabilia you may wish to show or find out about, bring it in. You may find that your grandparent was a sporting great.
